Requires the Commerce Department (Assistant Secretary for Communications and Information) to run public stakeholder processes and produce two reports within 18 months: one studying “accountability measures” for AI systems (including use in communications networks, spectrum sharing, digital inclusion, cybersecurity, and terminology), and a second on what information about AI systems should be available to people and organizations and how to make that information accessible. Both reports must summarize stakeholder feedback and give recommendations for government and non‑government actions.
