Requires the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to accept domestic content certification documentation created under the Make It American Process Standard (NEMA 70901–2024), or a successor standard the Secretary approves, as valid proof that HUD financial-assistance recipients meet Build America, Buy America Act domestic content rules. Recipients may still use any other legally permitted method to demonstrate compliance, and the HUD Secretary may accept other comparable standards that provide an auditable, verifiable domestic content certification process.
