Requires the Secretary of Defense to deliver a report within 180 days assessing whether the Joint Interagency Taskforce South (JIATF‑S) can be assigned a new mission to combat illicit arms trafficking in the Caribbean. The report must cover feasibility, legal or international agreement changes needed, estimated costs and resource needs, effects on existing force posture, and required coordination with other U.S. and foreign law‑enforcement bodies.
