Adds a requirement that the Secretary review, each year the list is revised, any Chinese entity that was added during the prior year to any other U.S. Government list of Chinese entities under restrictions or scrutiny for possible inclusion on the defense-related annual list. In short, it directs an annual cross-check of other U.S. Government lists to identify Chinese entities that should be considered for inclusion on the defense-related exclusion/monitoring list.
