Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to install nacelle improvement kits on the CMV–22 aircraft to improve readiness and reliability, with implementation priorities set for fiscal years 2025–2026. The upgrades may proceed only with appropriated funds. The Secretary must report to congressional defense committees within 180 days describing installation status and schedule, observed readiness and performance versus baseline aircraft, and effects on the tiltrotor industrial base workforce and production capability.
Authorizes the Secretary of the Navy to incorporate nacelle improvements into the CMV–22 aircraft fleet as part of a readiness and reliability enhancement initiative.

Objective to sustain the Nation’s only tiltrotor industrial base, including retaining skilled workers in Amarillo, Texas, during the transition between the end of V–22 aircraft production and the ramp-up of the future long range assault aircraft program.
The Secretary of the Navy shall prioritize incorporation of nacelle improvement kits into CMV–22 aircraft produced or maintained in fiscal years 2025 and 2026.
