Coastal Drone Surveillance and Interdiction Assessment Act

Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security to prepare an assessment on using drones along the U.S. coastline to support border security and reduce maritime or low‑altitude drug smuggling. The assessment must examine effectiveness, risks, and potential, emphasize major trafficking routes and remote/insular/hard-to-reach communities, include appropriate interagency consultations, and be delivered to the House and Senate homeland security committees within 180 days of enactment.
