Updates an existing public‑land restoration and collaborative program to broaden eligible activities, add monitoring and pathogen considerations, require a Federal staffing plan for collaboratives, allow innovative implementation approaches (including "good neighbor" agreements), and increase a grant/funding threshold from $4,000,000 to $8,000,000. It also requires standard monitoring questions and indicators and adds new proposal priorities to guide funding decisions.
Amend Section 4003 of the Omnibus Public Land Management Act of 2009 (16 U.S.C. 7303).
In subsection (b)(3)(D), strike the word "species;" and insert "species or pathogens;" (adds pathogens to the listed item).
In subsection (b)(3)(G), strike the word "and" at the end (punctuation/text change).
In subsection (b)(3)(H), add after the semicolon at the end the words "; and" (punctuation/text change).
Add new subsection (b)(3)(I): require that proposals address standardized monitoring questions and indicators.
