Declares that rising antisemitic incidents and threats after the October 7, 2023 attacks are unacceptable, condemns antisemitic violence and intimidation, and calls for full investigations and prosecutions of criminal acts. Urges schools, colleges, and civic groups to reject antisemitism, protect Jewish students and staff, and reaffirms core U.S. values such as religious liberty and equal protection.
The resolution is a formal statement urging law enforcement and educational institutions to act, and it affirms that violent acts and material support for terrorist groups are criminal; it does not provide funding or create new programs or legal authorities.
