Recognizes and congratulates Seattle Sounders FC for winning all five major North American soccer trophies and for their Leagues Cup 2025 victory, thanks the people of Washington State and the city of Seattle for their support, and notes progress toward fairness between men’s and women’s professional sports. The resolution is honorary and ceremonial: it lists team achievements, key match events and award winners, community work through the RAVE Foundation, and names players, coaches, staff, and ownership partners who supported the 2025 season.
