Congratulates the University of Vermont men’s soccer team for winning the 2024 NCAA Division I men’s soccer national championship, highlights the late-game golden-goal victory and first national title in program history, and directs the Secretary of the Senate to send an enrolled copy of the resolution to three university officials. The resolution is purely ceremonial and gives formal congressional recognition to the team, coaching staff, and university leaders; it does not change law or provide funding.
