Makes certain fraud and improper benefit receipt into automatic immigration grounds. The bill adds that a noncitizen who is convicted of, admits to, or conspires to commit fraud against the U.S. government or to unlawfully receive public benefits can be denied entry to the United States or be removed (deported). These rules are added both as grounds of inadmissibility (blocking entry) and deportability (removal after entry).
