Replaces subsection (i) to specify that when the Board of Zoning Adjustment is handling an application by a foreign mission regarding a chancery, the Secretary of Defense, the Secretary of the Interior, the Administrator of General Services, or the Director of the National Park Service (or their alternates), as designated by the President, shall serve as a member of the Board in lieu of the representative from the Zoning Commission; and that the representative from the National Capital Planning Commission shall be the Executive Director of that Commission.
