Requires most direct-to-consumer prescription drug and biologic advertisements to display a clear price measure so patients and programs can see how much drugs cost. By July 1, 2026, ads must show the wholesale acquisition cost (WAC) for a 30‑day supply (or a typical course of treatment), with a limited exemption for products with a WAC under $35; the Secretary must issue implementing rules and may impose civil penalties for violations.
