Adds Easter Monday to the list of legal public holidays in federal law and defines how its date is calculated. The amendment updates the text of 5 U.S.C. 6103(a) by inserting Easter Monday immediately after Washington’s Birthday and sets a technical rule for the date: the first Monday after the first Sunday following the first full moon on or after the spring equinox (the standard ecclesiastical rule used to determine Easter-related dates).
