• This Act may be cited as the or the .

SEC. 2. Prohibition on special Government employees holding contracts or agreements with the Federal Government

• (a) In general
  • A special Government employee may not enter into or benefit from any part of a contract or agreement with the Federal Government.
• (b) Termination of existing contracts
  • Any contract or agreement with the Federal Government held by a special Government employee on the date of the enactment of this Act shall be terminated.
• (c) Definition
  • In this section, the term has the meaning given that term in section 202 of title 18, United States Code. special Government employee
