Employment Services and Jobs Parity Act

Expands who is included under the Wagner-Peyser Act so that the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa are treated alongside Guam for Employment Service funding and references. It updates definitions and references to include these territories.

Creates a new formula so that when total Employment Service allotments grow, the Northern Mariana Islands and American Samoa receive a set share of those increases. This does not appropriate new money; it changes how future increases are divided among jurisdictions.
