The Department of Health and Human Services must build the site, include a ZIP-code-based resource finder, multi-language access, an online assessment and consent tool for follow-up outreach, and a public list of federal funding opportunities for pregnancy support. The Secretary of HHS must invite states to recommend resources and may make grants to states to support state resource lists, but the law bars listing or granting to certain defined "prohibited entities," including most organizations that provide abortions and some reproductive health providers primarily engaged in family planning. The bill requires a report to Congress after the site is updated, authorizes funding for FY2027–FY2032, and protects user-identifying data in reporting and public lists.
