Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to explicitly add “counterfeit tobacco product” to the statutory language and adjusts phrasing so the provision refers to “drug, device, or tobacco product.” The change makes counterfeit tobacco products subject to the same statutory reference as drugs and devices and takes effect on the date the Act is enacted.
