Declares religious freedom to be a fundamental, inalienable right and expresses support for promoting religious freedom around the world. It condemns serious religious-rights abuses by some foreign governments, references international standards, urges close U.S. coordination with allies and partners on religious freedom issues, and affirms the importance of the Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom and the Special Envoy to Monitor and Combat Antisemitism in U.S. diplomacy.
