Expresses support for establishing April 17 as Cambodian Genocide Remembrance Day to honor the victims and survivors of the 1975–1979 Cambodian Genocide, notes the 50th anniversary in 2025, and asks the President to issue a proclamation urging Americans to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. The resolution recognizes the suffering of the Cambodian people and the contributions of the Cambodian diaspora in the United States, and encourages public remembrance and education about the genocide's history and legacy.
