Designates and encourages recognition of a "Black Autism Acceptance and Awareness Day." The resolution records findings about disparities faced by Black autistic people — including later or missed diagnoses, reduced access to specialty care, underrepresentation in research, dismissal by health providers, disproportionate school discipline, and heightened risks in interactions with law enforcement — and calls on Americans to raise awareness, amplify Black autistic voices, promote inclusion, and support culturally competent, lifelong services.
