Creates and encourages observance of a National Day of Remembrance for Charlie Kirk. The resolution recognizes Kirk’s public work promoting civic engagement, free speech, and constitutional principles, notes his death on September 10, 2025, and asks schools, civic groups, and citizens to mark the day with programs, ceremonies, prayers, and other activities that promote the values associated with his work.
The measure is symbolic: it calls for observance and recognition but does not create new programs, authorize spending, or impose legal requirements on states or localities.
Referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
