Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that a commemorative postage stamp should be issued in honor of the Buffalo Soldiers.

Directs that the House supports issuing a commemorative postage stamp honoring the Buffalo Soldiers and asks the Citizens’ Stamp Advisory Committee to recommend that the Postmaster General issue such a stamp.
