Directs the House Fine Arts Board to accept a statue of Charles James Kirk and requires the Speaker to place that statue permanently in a prominent location in the House wing of the United States Capitol no later than January 2, 2027. The resolution’s preamble honors Charles “Charlie” Kirk for founding Turning Point USA, describes his promotion of conservative ideas and civic engagement, and states he was assassinated on September 10, 2025 for his beliefs.
