Requires that stolen EBT (electronic benefit transfer) benefits be replaced in an amount equal to the benefits stolen from the household. The change removes a now-deleted alternative provision and a trailing conjunction in the existing statutory text, tightening the replacement rule for households whose benefits were taken without authorization.
Replaces subparagraph (A) of Section 501(b)(2) so that the replacement amount "shall be equal to the amount of benefits stolen from the household; and;"
In subparagraph (B) of Section 501(b)(2), strikes the word "and" at the end of the subparagraph.
