SEC. 1. Short title

This Act may be cited as the "Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2025".

SEC. 2. Five-year extension of funding for family-to-family health information centers

Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)) is amended— (1) in clause (vii), by striking "and" at the end;

(2) in clause (viii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and

(3) by adding at the end the following:

(ix) $6,000,000 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2025; and (x) $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029. .
