SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Family-to-Family Reauthorization Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Five-year extension of funding for family-to-family health information centers

• Section 501(c)(1)(A) of the Social Security Act () is amended— 42 U.S.C. 701(c)(1)(A)
  • in clause (vii), by striking and at the end;
  • in clause (viii), by striking the period at the end and inserting a semicolon; and
    • (ix) $6,000,000 for the period beginning on April 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2025; and
    • (x) $9,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2029.
