Requires the Secretary of Defense to provide, at no cost to the firefighter, cancer screening tests and related services as part of a firefighter’s annual health exam (or at other intervals). The services must include minimum screening for breast, colorectal, and prostate cancer, recordkeeping and privacy protections, an option for firefighters to opt out, and limited data sharing with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for public health purposes.
