FISCAL Act

Amends the school lunch law to explicitly allow “milk” to include both fluid (dairy) milk and plant-based milk in the school lunch program. The change revises the statutory wording in the nutrition standards and makes conforming edits to two other sections so plant-based milks are recognized throughout the affected provisions.
