• This Act may be cited as the Florida Safe Seas Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Prohibition on feeding sharks in exclusive economic zone off State of Florida

• Section 317 of the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act () is amended— 16 U.S.C. 1866
  • by striking the Stateand inserting the States; and
