Requires the Department of Agriculture, working with the Census Bureau Director, to create and run an interagency program that collects, analyzes, and reports data on food insecurity and hunger. It mandates a Food Security Supplement to the Current Population Survey using the 2023 questionnaire questions beginning in 2026 (covering 2026–2028 and continuing thereafter), requires an annual USDA report on the results, and authorizes funding to run the program and cover Census Bureau costs.
