Amends the statute governing the Department of Defense military adaptive sports program to broaden who may participate, by changing the eligibility language in 10 U.S.C. 2564a(a)(1)(B). The change is intended to expand participation to more veterans who qualify for adaptive sports services. This is a targeted statutory eligibility update and does not itself appropriate new funds or create a new program.
