• This Act may be cited as the Geothermal Royalty Reform Act.

SEC. 2. Geothermal royalties

• Section 5(a)(1) of the Geothermal Steam Act of 1970 () is amended— 30 U.S.C. 1004(a)(1)
  • in subparagraph (A)—
    • by inserting before ; and
    • by inserting after ; and
  • in subparagraph (B)—
    • by inserting before ; and
    • by inserting after .
