Creates a publicly accessible CDC-run internet database of U.S. gun-violence research, with the CDC required to build the site within one year of enactment and update it at least every six months. The CDC must publish inclusion criteria (emphasizing original data analysis or systematic reviews, disclosure of data sources/methods, and peer review or equivalent provenance), require author and funding transparency where possible, include research from six named federal surveillance systems, permit HHS/CDC/NIH federal funds to be used for gun-violence research notwithstanding other law, and authorizes $5,000,000 per year for FY2026–2030 to carry out the Act.
