Creates a new federal crime (18 U.S.C. 1522) that makes it illegal to ignore a verbal warning from a federal immigration enforcement officer and then come within 25 feet of that officer with the intent to harass, impede, interfere with, or influence them. The offense is punishable by up to 5 years in prison, a fine, or both, and the new statute is added to the Title 18 table of sections.
