Provides $2.0 billion for fiscal year 2025 to create extra tenant-based rental voucher assistance targeted to public housing agencies serving fast-growing areas. The Department of Housing and Urban Development must allocate additional vouchers each year to eligible public housing agencies based on area population and a 2012–2022 growth ranking, using funds Congress authorizes; authorized funds are available for renewals each year until spent.
