Expands who may prescribe and where Medicare will cover cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation exercises by amending the Social Security Act. The bill revises the statutory definitions for cardiac and pulmonary rehab to allow additional types of practitioners to order these services and to permit furnishing the exercise components in a broader set of settings. These changes apply to items and services furnished on or after six months after enactment.
