Creates a new annual federal grant program to support organizations that serve survivors of violent crime. Starting in fiscal year 2026, the Office of Victim Services and Justice Grants will award grants (capped at $200,000 per grant per year) to providers offering advocacy, mental‑health, employment, and related services to survivors.
