Amends subsection (h) of 7 U.S.C. 2018 to revise eligibility criteria for private establishments in the restaurant meals program, redesignate an existing paragraph, add new paragraphs specifying eligible meals, single-authorization and EBT coding requirements, and a spousal exclusion, and to revise reporting requirements to require a publicly available report with specified metrics.
