SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the Medical Supply Sanctions Act of 2025.

SEC. 2. Prohibition on export of drugs and prosthetics to the Russian Federation

• (a) In general
  • Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the President shall prohibit the export of any drug or prosthetic to the Russian Federation.
• (b) Definitions
  • In this section:
    • The term — drug
    • The term — prosthetic
• (c) Sunset
  • This prohibition required by subsection (a) shall terminate on the date on which the Secretary of State certifies to Congress that the Russian Federation has ceased military operations in Ukraine and has removed its military forces from Ukraine.
