Requires Medicare Advantage (MA) plans to pay at least 95% of "clean" claims within specified timeframes, adds interest and civil money penalties for late or noncompliant payments, and requires MA plans to report prompt-payment performance data. These rules apply to items and services furnished on or after January 1, 2027, and to MA contract years beginning on or after that date.
