SEC. 1. Short title
This Act may be cited as the "No Round Up Act".
SEC. 2. Repeal of Alien Registration Act of 1940
(a) In general
Chapter 7 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.) is amended— (1) by repealing section 262;
(2) in section 263— (A) in subsection (a)— (i) by striking "the provisions of sections 261 and 262" and inserting "section 261" ; (ii) by inserting after ; and (iii) by striking and all that follows and inserting a period; and (B) by repealing subsection (b);
(3) in section 264— (A) in subsection (a), by striking ; and (B) by repealing subsection (e);
(4) by repealing subsection (b) of section 265; and
(5) by repealing section 266.
(b) Conforming amendment
Clause (i) of section 237(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(3)(B)) is repealed.
