SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the No Round Up Act.

SEC. 2. Repeal of Alien Registration Act of 1940

• (a) In general
  • Chapter 7 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act () is amended— 8 U.S.C. 1301 et seq.
    • by repealing section 262;
    • in section 263—
      • in subsection (a)—
        • (i) by striking the provisions of sections 261 and 262and inserting section 261;
        • (ii) by inserting after ; and
        • (iii) by striking and all that follows and inserting a period; and
      • by repealing subsection (b);
    • in section 264—
      • in subsection (a), by striking ; and
      • by repealing subsection (e);
    • by repealing subsection (b) of section 265; and
    • by repealing section 266.
• (b) Conforming amendment
  • Clause (i) of section 237(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act () is repealed. 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(3)(B)
