SEC. 1. Short title

• This Act may be cited as the or the .

SEC. 2. Prohibition on use of funds for certain parades

• (a) In general
  • None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available for the Department of Defense or for the White House or the Executive Office of the President may be used for a covered parade.
• (b) Covered parade
  • In this section, the term covered parade means a parade that—
    • is sponsored by the Department of Defense or by the White House or the Executive Office of the President; and
    • is specifically commemorating or paying tribute to the current President.
