This bill makes Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) easier to use and more generous. It lets anyone put money into an HSA, not just those with certain insurance plans, and removes limits on using HSA funds to buy health coverage. It also writes existing hospital price transparency rules into federal law, so hospitals must keep posting their prices in a clear way for patients to see.
