Protecting Small Businesses from Predatory Website Lawsuits Act
The bill would expand ADA coverage to improve online accessibility for people with disabilities, but it would also impose compliance costs and greater litigation risk on businesses operating consumer-facing websites and apps.

The bill improves consumer protections and transparency around USPS delivery—helping people get reimbursed for late mailed bills and giving Congress oversight—at the cost of added administrative burdens and expenses for USPS that could raise rates, strain staff, and still leave some claimants unprotected by narrow timing rules.
