Protecting Small Businesses from Predatory Website Lawsuits Act
The bill would expand ADA coverage to improve online accessibility for people with disabilities, but it would also impose compliance costs and greater litigation risk on businesses operating consumer-facing websites and apps.

The bill creates a clearer, accessible path for consumers to be reimbursed for late-delivered bills and increases USPS transparency and oversight, but it raises USPS administrative and financial burdens that could raise costs or disrupt services and leaves some harmed mail recipients unprotected by narrow timing rules or exception clauses.
