Requires the Secretary of State to investigate and report on whether the Polisario Front provided or received specified categories of military support to or from Iranian‑affiliated terrorist organizations. If any report finds such support, the President must, within 30 days, designate the Polisario Front as a Foreign Terrorist Organization and impose blocking sanctions under existing authorities.
