Requires the Department of Veterans Affairs to publish and keep updated on a public VA website a list of medical conditions and veteran cohorts it is considering for adding or removing presumptions of service connection related to toxic exposure. The website must explain the decision process, show the status and timeline goals for each item, provide instructions for public comment, and the VA must begin posting this information within 180 days of enactment.
