Repeals the District of Columbia’s Local Resident Voting Rights Amendment Act of 2022 and restores the District’s laws to their pre-2022 state as if that Act had never been enacted. The result would undo any changes made by the 2022 Act, including any local voting privileges it granted, and return D.C. law and administrative rules to their prior form.
