Requires U.S. Service Academies to accept applicants’ scores from the Classical Learning Test (CLT) as an alternative to the SAT or ACT, and directs two federal education agencies to require CLT testing for 11th‑grade students in the schools they operate or fund. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DODEA) and the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) would be required to administer the CLT to their 11th graders; no funding, dates, or implementation details are specified.
