Prohibits a proposed U.S. foreign military sale to Israel described in Transmittal No. 24–0U. The covered transfer would have supplied an additional 10,000 M107 and/or M795 155mm high-explosive artillery projectiles plus related non‑major defense equipment and support services. The transmittal was submitted to Congress under section 36(b)(1) of the Arms Export Control Act and published in the Congressional Record on February 10, 2025; this legislation bars the United States from proceeding with that specific proposed sale as described in that transmittal.
