Disapproves and nullifies an EPA rule published Jan 21, 2025 (90 Fed. Reg. 6811) titled “Air Plan Approval; Ohio; Withdrawal of Technical Amendment,” so that the EPA action has no force or effect. This restores the regulatory status that existed before that EPA rule and prevents the withdrawal from taking effect.
